I will help you find your own solutions to either make effective changes or ways to cope with your problems. It is a process to empower you to feel strong again.

I am an integrative counsellor, using elements of different approaches including both humanistic and psychodynamic, to help you explore and cope with your problems. In both these approaches, I believe the key to therapy is the relationship that we build with each other.

This can include a person-centred approach where you are the expert of yourself and through exploration, you can come to terms with any negative feelings and change and develop in your own way. The psychodynamic approach explores how your current feelings and relationships are shaped by your past.
